A form of interval training, short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. 

HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise.

In order to achieve your goals you will need to perform each exercise flat out and hold nothing back each and every time you train, regardless of your current fitness level.

Classes range from 20-45 minutes
