Full fitness boot camp

Each session lasts one hour and includes a 5-10 minute warm up, 45-50 minutes High Intensity training and a 5 minute cool down with stretches.

The sessions are broken down into ability levels and demands vary depending on your group

Exercises we will ask you to do include bodyweight exercises such as:

- Circuit training

- Resistance exercises with a partner


- Team races

- Teamwork and team games

Equipment used in the sessions varies from:

- Tyres, logs, stretchers, ropes etc

- Boxing kit

- Kettlebells

- Barbells

- Slam balls

- Resistance bands

- Dumbbells 

- Sled Push/Pull

- T-shirt

- Shorts or Tracksuit

- Running trainers

- waterproof running jacket (depending on weather)

Exercises may involve getting on the ground so be prepared to get dirty!

We can't guarantee that the weather will be nice but we can guarantee that you'll be sweating by the end of each session. We recommend having a towel and a change of clothes for when the session is over. Free Bottles of water are provided at every session.
