Junior Training

At Full Fitness we believe in making fitness fun! From ages 5-16 years, our engaging fitness sessions are specially designed to inspire young minds and bodies to move, play, and thrive. Each session incorporates a variety of exciting activities, games, and challenges tailored to the age and athletic stage of each group. From obstacle courses and relay races to team games and creative exercises, every session is a dynamic and enjoyable experience that encourages kids to stay active, build confidence, and develop lifelong healthy habits. Join us for a fun-filled fitness adventure where every child can shine and discover the joy of movement.

We provide sport specific training Juniors and teams. These group or individual sessions are targeted to work specifically on the movements and key physical areas necessary to take your chosen sport to the next level, from dynamic movement drills, key muscle group strength work, to injury prevention exersises.
