1. Interpretations


“We”, “Us” means Full Fitness Training

“You”, “Your”, “Our”, “Client” means clients including anyone booking for themselves or on behalf of another e.g. child

“Website” means full-fitness.co.uk

“Trainer” means the professional leading the class

2. Information about us and how to contact

Full Fitness Training Limited is a company registered in England. Our registered office address is 19 Chauntry Road, Haverhill, Suffolk, CB9 8BE.

3. Booking a class

We require you to reserve your place on our courses by booking online at full-fitness.co.uk or call 07915 876595

All course bookings are subject to availability.

Bookings are non refundable after purchase from us, unless we are presented with a valid medical or personal reason.

It your responsibility to check that you have been enrolled for the correct course, and that you are aware of the correct timings of this class. These will be emailed to you upon completion of the course signup and payment for your reference

It is your responsibility to check the dates of your course. The trainer will prompt when the end of the course has finished or is coming to an end

During the booking process, you will be asked to read and agree to our Terms and Conditions (this document). 

Any medical conditions and/or allergies that coaches should be aware of must be declared via the website booking process by you.

You will require a current email address and phone number to confirm bookings.

We reserve the right to amend any terms and conditions within this document.

 4. Payment and cancellation

Payment for classes shall depend on the offers made available by Full Fitness at the time of booking. Generally, the options that Full Fitness make available are: Boot camp block bookings and subscriptions, sport specific training, individual training block bookings and subscriptions.

You must book and pay in full for the course you wish to attend. Once payment is received unless you are contacted by a member of staff you place is confirmed (if for example a new player signed up to an advanced course we would contact you to discuss). Payment is made online at full-fitness.co.uk

Please note:  We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties


Once registered on one of our courses we can guarantee that: you are assured of your place for the duration of the term, the same trainer will run your sessions, unless unavoidable, the appropriate space and equipment will be provided, the trainer will provide a safe learning environment to the best of their ability, Full Fitness will provide any relevant feedback to clients.

 6. Cancellation Policy for group training

There are no refunds for missed classes by you. If training is cancelled due to bad weather we do not offer any refunds however you are able to attend an equivalent class one another day at your club or at any other venue we deliver coaching at (not including schools). 

We only cancel due to bad weather if it is deemed unsafe to play by the trainer. Speak to your trainer about other classes that would be right for you/your child. If we cancel a session for a non-weather related reasons then the session will be added on at the end of the term

Full Fitness reserve the right to cancel any session that is under subscribed. If this occurs You will receive a full refund.

Full Fitness will notify you as soon as possible if a trainer is unable to attend a session, and no cover can be sorted.

Bookings are non refundable after purchase from Full Fitness. If we are presented with a valid medical certificate declaring the participant unfit to attend we will provide a credit note.

 

7. Cancellation Policy for individual training

There is no charge to you if more than 24 hours notice is given for the cancellation of an individual session.

If 12-24 hours notice is given by you for the cancellation of an individual session, you will be charged 50% of the session fee

If less than 12 hours notice is given by you for the cancellation of an individual session you will be charged 100% of the session fee.

 

8. Cancellation/Refund Policy for Schools Training

Full Fitness reserve the right to cancel any session that is under subscribed. If this occurs You will receive a full refund.

Any session missed due to Trainer unavailability will be added on to the end of the term.

Sessions missed due to bad weather will not be refunded

Bookings are non refundable after purchase from Full Fitness, unless we are presented with a valid medical certificate declaring the participant unfit to attend.

Full Fitness aims to notify you 24 hours in advance if a trainer is unable to attend a session, and no cover can be sorted.

If you are unable to attend a training session you will not be entitled to a refund.

 

9. Complaint’s Procedure

We hope you will be delighted with our service but if you are at all unhappy please follow our complaints procedure

Speak to the coach, or telephone the office on 07915 876595, who will try to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.

If the response is not satisfactory, please send your complaint in writing to the office (address in section 2)

10. Exclusion of Liability

Except in the case of fraud, Full Fitness, its trainers, servants, employees or agents accept no responsibility under any circumstances for any loss (consequential or otherwise), damage, expense or delay suffered or incurred by the Participant, Parent, Carer, Child or any other party arising directly or indirectly or in any way connected with the attendance of the participant or child at any Full Fitness sessions (or related sessions) or any other act or omission on the part of Full Fitness or any of its trainers, employees or agents even if such act or omission is negligent.

The Parent acknowledges, warrants and undertakes (for and on behalf of the Parent and the Child) that the maximum aggregate liability of Full Fitness to the Parent, Carer and/or Child under these terms shall not exceed the Fee payable in respect of any class (or related session).

All warranties and conditions whether implied by statute or otherwise are excluded from this contract provided that nothing in this contract shall restrict or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Full Fitness, its trainers, servants, employees or agents or affects the statutory rights of the Participant, Parent, Carer or Child.

Any claim that a Participant, Parent, Carer or Child seeks to make against Full Fitness must be brought within sixty (60) days of the event giving rising to the claim. Any claim made thereafter may be time-barred, subject to your statutory rights.

11. General Policies

Full Fitness can accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to any personal items whilst on our courses.

You should wear appropriate clothing or sportswear to training sessions. Especially appropriate footwear

You should bring a drink to every session.

You are responsible for arriving on time for each session. It is also your responsibility to be on time for collecting younger participants, and communicating any changes in pick up methods to Full Fitness

Late collection of a client resulting in the trainer needing to stay after the session will result in a £5 charge for up to every 15 minutes that they have to wait until the client is collected.

Any aggressive actions (verbal/physical) towards our staff, employees or clients will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to decline access to anyone who does not comply with our policies. You will have no right to a refund in this case.

To protect children, please refrain from taking photographs. This is in accordance with government child protection guidelines.

We may need to film or take pictures of the class for marketing or training purposes. If you are not happy with this please let us know at the time of your booking. This is very infrequent but does happen from time to time.  As long as you have informed us we will offer credit for the session that you or your child will have to miss due to this

Full Fitness accepts the service of documents via email and any notices to be sent by either party to the other shall be sent in writing by pre-paid recorded delivery or hand-delivered and shall be deemed to have been received by the addressee within 48 hours of posting or immediately if hand delivered.

The failure to enforce at any time or for any period any one or more of the obligations arising under these Terms and Conditions shall not be a waiver of them or of the right at any time subsequently to enforce all the obligations arising under these Terms.

The safety and wellbeing of your child or the child in your care is of the upmost importance to Full Fitness. We have a responsibility to report any inappropriate or suspicious behaviour to the relevant authorities.

Whilst we will try to ensure you always have the same Trainer in a particular class, we cannot guarantee this as Trainiers may fall ill, leave or cancel for personal reasons. On occasion we may also need to have a new trainer join or lead your session in order to complete their training or assessments. This will in no way affect the quality of your Class and Full Fitness may change training staff at its discretion.

We reserve the right to make amendments to these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our business or statutory obligations. The new version will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. If applicable these changes will be communicated to all our customers by email. If you book Classes after the new Terms and Conditions have come into effect as part of your booking process you will indicate your agreement to be bound by them. 

In order to provide the Parent/Carer and Child with services we may need to process personal data relating to you/them. Please see our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we use your personal data and your rights in relation to your personal data.

Full Fitness shall have absolute discretion to cancel its contract with any Parent for any reason.

These Terms and Conditions shall be subject to and governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
